Trzęsacz: Hotels and Accommodation

Trzęsacz is a coastal town on the Baltic Sea characterized by a high cliff. The sandy beach can only be reached via a few access points.

Coast

Pobierowo Plaża is located in the immediate vicinity of Trzęsacz. Plaża Niechorze and Plaża w Pogorzelicy are also nearby; in the wider regional area lies Plaża w Dziwnowie.

Culture

The most important historical landmark is the preserved south wall of St Nicholas Church, dating from the 15th century and standing on the edge of the cliff. A viewing platform and educational trails are located nearby. The platform situated by the church ruins offers views of the sea and the cliffs; a terrace leads towards the beach.

Region

Trzęsacz is one of the settlements along the Rewal Coast. The Rewal Coast is considered part of the West Pomeranian coastal belt, with beaches, nearby forests, tourist attractions and historic sites. Trzebiatow – Zespol palacowo-zamkowy z XVIII w. is also located in the wider regional area of Trzęsacz.

History

The historic narrow-gauge railway connects Trzęsacz with Gryfice, Rewal and Niechorze. The route was later extended towards Pogorzelica and Trzebiatów.

Activities

EuroVelo 10 / R-10 is presented in local tourism materials as part of the cycling network along the Polish Baltic coast.
