The tourist train service is separate: the Nadmorska Kolej Wąskotorowa operates tourist train services and manages the infrastructure on the Gryfice–Pogorzelica route. The full route is 39.5 km long, runs through three municipalities in Gryficki County and connects 14 localities. Routes and Active Travel
The urban tourist trail “Dwóch Bram” is 2.5 km long and suitable for tourists of all ages. Cycle Route III connects Gryfice and Płoty over a distance of about 12 km. This lets you compare an urban tourist trail with a cycling connection between two towns by type and length. Investments by Gryficki County also included the construction of kayak landing stages in Płoty, Gryfice, Trzebiatów and Mrzeżyno.

Further afield, Trzęsacz and Niechorze offer their own cultural highlights. MuzeON in Trzęsacz presents a modern multimedia exhibition featuring sound, light and images. In Niechorze, the Etnograficzny Park offers the educational trails “Droga Ryby” and “Droga Chleba.” A Koźlak windmill dating from 1843 also stands there, illustrating how flour, groats and oil are made.
Cycling and nature trails also expand the options. International Cycle Route R10 passes through Trzęsacz, Niechorze, Trzebiatów and Mrzeżyno and is 40.2 km long. By comparison, Cycle Route III connects Gryfice and Płoty over about 12 km: the two figures refer to routes of different lengths and between different places. The green circular trail “Wokół Liwiej Łuży” begins and ends in the centre of Niechorze and runs around Lake Liwia-Łuża. Trail maintenance may change, so check its current condition before visiting. The lake is an ornithological reserve; 133 bird species have been recorded there, including 50 breeding species.
