Sucha Koszalińska is home to the ruins of a Baroque palace built at the beginning of the 18th century. Partial ruins of the palace remain; it was surrounded by a moat and is now in ruins.

The Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Sucha Koszalińska was built in the 14th century and remodeled in the Late Gothic style in the following century. After the Second World War, it was reconsecrated under the dedication of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. The church grounds contain the remains of a former cemetery by the churchyard, pre-war gravestones, a Pietà grotto, and a memorial plaque.

In addition, the remains of an 18th-century French-designed park are recorded in Sucha Koszalińska.
