Lejbølle: Coast, Lejbøllegaard and Bogby Langeland

Lejbøllegaard between history and books

Lejbøllegaard can be traced back to around 1500–1600. The present-day Lejbøllegaard was built in 1891 and is still operated as an agricultural property. The site therefore offers a historical connection combined with a use that continues to this day.

Bogby Langeland is located at Lejbøllegaard. The second-hand market covers 1,200 m², while the bookshop offers more than 30,000 books for sale. The visitor experience also includes ceiling and wall decorations created by master painter Daniel Weech in the late 19th century. Shooting sports with fixed training hours

Lejbølle Hjortebane is a modern rifle range with, among other things, electronic deer targets. The standard hourly rental includes sighting-in, as well as the deer target and wild boar range. In addition, during the summer season from 1 April to 30 September, Lejbølle Hjortebane offers open training sessions on Tuesdays from 16:00 to 18:00. The period and weekday provide specific guidance for planning your visit.
