Church with a Romanesque nave

Fuglebjerg Kirke offers a focused introduction to the local architectural and art history. Its nave is Romanesque. The oldest item of inventory in Fuglebjerg Kirke is a cloverleaf-shaped baptismal font from the 12th century. The church also has a catechism panel as an altarpiece from the High Renaissance, dating from the end of the 16th century. Different periods are therefore visible in specific elements: the baptismal font points to the 12th century, while the altarpiece is attributed to the High Renaissance.

Kulturladen and local life

Kulturladen is located in a beautiful half-timbered house next to Fuglebjerg Kro. Kulturladen is open to everyone who would like to take part in the cultural and social life of Fuglebjerg. The playground in Fuglebjerg is designed for all age groups and features climbing equipment, swings, football goals and a large lawn for ball games and other activities. It is also wheelchair accessible. Several opportunities for exercise and play come together at the activity area on Nattergalevej.

Finding your way between Fuglebjerg and the surrounding area

For getting around between several locations, bus route 893 is a specific point of reference. It connects Fuglebjerg, Sandved and Hyllinge and returns to Fuglebjerg. Together with the routes in and around Fuglebjerg, it allows the destination to be viewed from different perspectives: on foot along the Kløversti routes, through the landscape and local culture, or via the facilities at Multipark.
