Trzebież is a fishing settlement at the mouth of the Oder River into the Szczecin Lagoon. The town therefore combines a clear maritime landscape character with waterfront areas, harbor facilities, and traces of history.
Water and waterfront
The waterfront recreation area includes a promenade along the Szczecin Lagoon, a beach exercise facility, playgrounds, a skate park, and an observation tower over 10 meters high. There is also a small sandy beach with a bathing area on the Szczecin Lagoon.
Rybacka Street encompasses a local area of historical heritage; it includes the Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and the Trzebież marina. The marina has 90 berths for sailing yachts, as well as facilities with water, electricity, a slipway, and a 30-ton crane.
Trails and landscape
Two circular routes published by Gmina Police include Trzebież: one is approximately 48 kilometers long, and the other approximately 58 kilometers.
The wider regional surroundings of Trzebież include Riether Werder, Mokrzyckie Góry, Wyspa Ostrów, and Wyspa Okrętowa.
Culture and local history
The local heritage includes an 18th-century church, a half-timbered vicarage, and a half-timbered residential building.
Also located in the wider regional surroundings of Trzebież are Szczecin - Zamek XIVw., Ahlbeck, Dorfkirche, and Boock, Dorfkirche.
