Lynæs combines coastal scenery with maritime activities. Lynæs Strand is a coastal area with views across the Isefjord. The water at Lynæs Beach is shallow, making it suitable for children to swim. Windsurfing courses are offered in Lynæs. At Lynæs Surfcenter, complete windsurfing equipment for beginners can be rented, with sails from 1.5 to 5.5 m². Lynæs Church was consecrated on 8 September 1901. It was built from split fieldstones and has a roof covered with red tiles. For visitors interested in culture, the church adds a clearly dated church building and a distinctive use of materials to the picture of Lynæs.
