Rózansko: Hotels and accommodations

In Różańsko, a long church history and several individual cycling routes come together. The Roman Catholic Church of St. Michael the Archangel was first built in 1489; the present building retains extensions from the 18th and 19th centuries.

History and architecture

The church has a Latin cross-shaped floor plan, stone walls, and a wooden tower. During the reconstruction in 1872, a semicircular apse was added to the eastern façade.

Cycling routes

Różańsko is located on a cycling route from Dębno to Dolsk, which continues via Barnówko, Więcław, and Mostno. In addition, a 49-kilometre mountain biking route runs from Dębno through Różańsko and Dolsk and back to Dębno. A 12-kilometre cycling connection is also recorded in Różańsko; its description refers to historical monuments and history along the route.

Location

Różańsko is located within the Gmina Dębno in Myśliborski County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The village is situated approximately 15 kilometres northeast of Dębno and 11 kilometres southwest of Myślibórz. In the wider regional surroundings of Różańsko lies Świerkocin Zoo-Safari.
