Karsko is home to the Gothic branch church of St. Anthony. It was built from granite stone in the 13th century and later remodelled with Neo-Gothic elements in the 18th and 19th centuries. Karsko is also home to a Baroque manor house dating from 1755, which is associated with the von Brenkenhof family.
