Zakrzewo: Hotels and Accommodation

The Zakrzewo water tower dates from the early 20th century and stands at the former Linia-Zakrzewo railway station.

History and Townscape

The former Protestant cemetery in Zakrzewo is no longer in use and lies outside the built-up area south of the village. It dates from the 19th century through the 1930s.

Zakrzewo is also home to a historic fire engine. The historic rural settlement layout of Zakrzewo is designated as an area within a heritage conservation zone.

Nature

Białe Błoto is an approximately 9-hectare peat bog in Zakrzewo on the municipal boundary. Białe Błoto is home to transitional and raised bog communities, as well as rare species and vegetation such as hummock and hollow bog vegetation, round-leaved sundew, long-leaved sundew, marsh rosemary, and crowberry.

The natural attractions of Route 7 include Jezioro Morzyc and the surrounding forest. Route 7 runs between Jezioro Morzyc and Jezioro Trepczykowe; the access route on Route 7 is straight and has no inclines.

PKS Gdynia bus route 612 runs via Linia and Zakrzewo.
