Trail II, approximately 3.8 km long, begins in Miechucino on the shore of Lake Wielkie and leads to the stronghold in Borzestowo (Garecznica).

Paths by the Water

The educational trail from Miechucino to Borzestowo includes footbridges, benches, litter bins, bicycle racks, and information and direction signs. A shelter near Borzestowo stands on Lake Długie close to the educational trail in the direction of Miechucino.

Culture and History

The early medieval Borzestowo stronghold is located near Borzestowo on Lake Długie, on the Garczenica elevation. Remains of ramparts and a wooden structure possibly used as a dwelling were discovered at the Borzestowo stronghold.

The exterior walls of the shelter on Lake Długie near Borzestowo are decorated with Kashubian flowers.

Nature and Canoe Route

The Łeba rises in meadows south of the village of Borzestowo in the Kashubian Lake District. Borzestowo has an unguarded bathing area.

In the vicinity of Borzestowo, the Łeba canoe route is navigable from Lake Długie when water levels are high. In the vicinity of Borzestowo, after accessing the Łeba canoe route at Lake Długie, there is a 2.5 km long, rocky and fast-flowing section.
