Culture and History

The panoramic road Droga Kaszubska runs from Kartuzy via Łapalice, Chmielno, and Ręboszewo to the Złota Góra viewpoint. There, visitors can rent sailing equipment and use boats, pedal boats, or kayaks to explore the surroundings.

The Szlak Kartuski is generally considered difficult in the section concerned and is intended there for hiking, not for other forms of tourism. Further along, the trail connects the Tri-City area with the Kashubian Lake District and extends to Kartuzy.

In the vicinity of Kartuzy, the Szlak Kartuski runs through forests south of the city and includes the Stare Modrzewie nature reserve and the Ławka Asesora viewpoint, from which the city can be seen.
