Borzestowska Huta: Hotels and Accommodation

Borzestowska Huta is located on the western shore of Lower Raduńskie Lake and within Kashubian Landscape Park. At the same time, the village lies on the Kółko Raduńskie waterway.

Geographical location

Borzestowska Huta is a Kashubian village in Poland’s Kashubian Lake District, in Pomeranian Voivodeship, Kartuzy County and the municipality of Chmielno.

Nature

Wieżyca is located in the surroundings of Borzestowska Huta. Wieżyca, at 329 m above sea level and known as “Kashubian Switzerland”, is also in the surrounding area. Mostki is located nearby; the wzgórze II nad Mojuszewską Hutą hill is also in the area.

Culture and history

Historically, Borzestowska Huta is associated with Gryf Pomorski: the headquarters of the resistance organisation was located here. The Kashubian name of the village is Bòrzestowskô Hëta.
