Borzestowska Huta is a Kashubian village in Poland’s Kashubian Lake District, in Pomeranian Voivodeship, Kartuzy County and the municipality of Chmielno.

Wieżyca is located in the surroundings of Borzestowska Huta. Wieżyca, at 329 m above sea level and known as “Kashubian Switzerland”, is also in the surrounding area. Mostki is located nearby; the wzgórze II nad Mojuszewską Hutą hill is also in the area.

Culture and history

Historically, Borzestowska Huta is associated with Gryf Pomorski: the headquarters of the resistance organisation was located here. The Kashubian name of the village is Bòrzestowskô Hëta.
