The Hesle Nygaard 1844 walnut plantation was created almost by chance from walnuts that had been sown by the old tree in the garden. The outdoor swimming pool in Glamsbjerg was established in 1935 as part of Glamsbjerg Hotel; in 2026, it will remain closed because of an upcoming comprehensive renovation.
