Karnice: Hotels and Accommodation

Karnice is a quiet area with clean air and close proximity to the beaches of the Baltic Sea. Its surroundings are considered rural and focused on agritourism. The area includes fields, wind farms, and holiday homes surrounded by nature.

Culture and History

The parish church of Saint Stanislaus Kostka was built in 1493. Its furnishings include an altar, a pulpit, a baptismal font, and an organ; a wooden bell tower from the 18th century was added later. Directly next to the church stands a neo-Gothic funerary chapel with a relief of Christ.

The former Karnice Gryfickie railway station provides a historic connection to the railway site. It was built in 1906, is partially preserved, and was closed in 1951. The Karnice manor house is located on private property and can only be viewed from behind a fence.

In the surrounding area of Karnice lies the castle and palace complex of Trzebiatow (“Zespol palacowo-zamkowy z XVIII w.”).
