Cycling along a former railway line

The “Rowerem po Kolei” route reaches Dźwierzuty via a paved cycle path built on the embankment of a former railway line. The route combines cycling with visible traces of the railway’s former use: a stylish former railway station stands beside the cycle path before the entrance to Dźwierzuty. The route also passes the site of the former station, where remnants of the platform are visible. At an intersection with a county road in Dźwierzuty is the municipality’s first Miejsce Obsługi Rowerzystów, a service point for cyclists. Churches and historic details

The Neo-Gothic Roman Catholic Church of the Holy Trinity in Dźwierzuty was built between 1880 and 1884. A Baroque cross is the oldest element of its furnishings.
