Wilimy is a village and locality in the Gmina Biskupiec, in Olsztyn County, or Powiat olsztyński, in the Warmian–Masurian Voivodeship, Poland.

History

The historic townscape includes residential and farm buildings in the colonial style, with a characteristic plot layout and distinctive building proportions. Only a few examples of the wooden houses from the early 19th century have survived. The characteristic rural settlement structure in the colonial style is also historically connected to wooden houses; former school and viaduct structures have also been preserved.

Culture

Among the colonial-style buildings and along the path to the second, tourism-oriented part of Wilimy are Warmian wayside shrines and a wooden cross.
