Kromerowo: Hotels and Accommodation

A 43 km marked kayaking route follows the Lake Dadaj – Kromerowo – Tumiany – Barczewo – Lake Wadąg – Olsztyn route.

History

Kromerowo was founded by the Warmian bishop Marcin Kromer and is documented for the years 1354 and 1597.

Geographical Context

The wider regional surroundings of Kromerowo include Olsztyn – Zamek XIVw. and Dąbrowa. Janusza Kusocińskiego Park is also located in this wider regional area.

Location

National Road 16 runs through Kromerowo. Next to the settlement is a wildlife overpass known as the „green bridge“; it is 60 metres wide and 64 metres long.
