History
Dobrzyki has a long settlement history. Traces of two Old Prussian hillforts were found north and northeast of the village. Around 2 km northwest of Dobrzyki and southwest of Lake Ewingi, there is also a hillfort known as Grodzisko.
Culture
Dobrzyki is home to the medieval Church of Saints Peter and Paul. Its brick chancel was built around 1320 to 1340; the nave was subsequently constructed in two building phases. In the wider regional area, Szymbark is home to Zamek warowny castle, dating from the 13th to 14th century. In Ostróda, there is Zamek Krzyżacki, dating from the 14th century.

Kamienna Góra and Wzgorze nad Rumunkami are located in the wider regional area of Dobrzyki. Parts of Zalewo Municipality lie within the Iława Lake District Landscape Park. The landscape park encompasses 31 lakes, including Lake Jeziorak, which is considered the longest lake in Poland.
