Borgdorf-Seedorf: Hotels and Accommodations

Borgdorf-Seedorf offers two bathing areas at Lake Borgdorf: One municipal bathing area is unsupervised and has a bathing jetty and a boundary for non-swimmers. A bathing area supervised by TuS Nortorf offers showers, changing rooms, toilets, a kiosk, and play equipment.

Nature and Recreation

The lake covers approximately 49 hectares and has largely natural shores consisting of reeds, meadows, and woodland. Walking, cycling, and horseback riding are possible around the lake.

Borgdorf-Seedorf is located on the southwestern edge of Westensee Nature Park. The surrounding landscape of the nature park is hilly and includes lakes, floodplains, fields, and hedgerows.

A regular bus service serves the village; excursions in the surrounding area can be reached by public transport or car.
