Nature and routes

Voivodeship Road 213 from Słupsk to Puck runs through Siemianice. A road to Jezierzyce also begins in Siemianice. The green cycling route “Ze Słupska do stacji Gabel” also runs through the village. It passes through Słupsk, Swochowo, Karżcino, Gabel and Osieki; its stated length is 18 km.

History

Siemianice was first mentioned in 1315. A water mill was built here in 1784. A listed residential building with a mill at 18 Młyńska Street dates from the second half of the 19th century.

Culture and local character

The Church of St. Joseph the Worker is located at 2 Kościelna Street in Siemianice. It was built between 1997 and 1999 and consecrated on November 9, 2024. The historic building stock also includes the half-timbered barn at 9 Wiejska Street. It is a listed monument and dates from the late 19th century.
