Grzybowo: Hotels and accommodation

Grzybowo is characterized by a village settlement structure that, together with Grzybowski MÅ‚yn, lies within a conservation protection zone. The protected features include the historic road layout, farmstead structures, traditional Kashubian residential and farm buildings, religious sites and objects, road surfaces, and historic greenery associated with the settlements and road layout.

Nature and trails

The red Kaszubski Trail runs through Grzybowo and is approximately 135 kilometers long in total. The section of the Kaszubski Trail in the Kościerzyna municipality runs through the valleys of the Rekownica, Trzebiocha, and Wda rivers. The Trzebiocha flows through the area of Grzybowo and forms an important connection between the lakes. Grzybowo lies in the buffer zone of Wdzydzki Landscape Park. On the official canoeing route map, Grzybowo is marked in the section showing the Wda and Trzebiocha waterways.

Culture

Grzybowo is one of the farming villages that developed around settlements established from the late 16th to the mid-18th century. The school building in Grzybowo dates from 1903; the former school building is now a residence and a library. The Kapliczka Hetmańskich in Grzybowo dates from the 1930s.

The fourth Orszak Trzech Króli in 2025 passed through Grzybowo on January 6; the procession included communal singing of Christmas carols accompanied by accordion music. The Kościerzyna municipality harvest festival was held in Grzybowo for the first time on September 1. It began with a public outdoor thanksgiving Mass and included a traditional bread-sharing ritual using bread made from this year's harvest.
