Geographical Location

Krzeszna is a village in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, in Kartuzy County and the municipality of Stężyca. The village is located in Kashubia.

Railway and Routes

Krzeszna has a railway stop on the former Maksymilianowo–Kościerzyna–Gdynia coal main line. There are connections to Gdynia and Kościerzyna several times a day.

Cycling and Hiking Trails

The red Kaszebsko Stegna cycling route runs through Krzeszna; it continues towards the area around Krzeszna railway station. After reaching the area around the railway station, the route runs across the isthmus between Lake Ostrzyckie and Lake Patulskie. The two lakes are part of the route’s nearby course context and are not located within Krzeszna.

The tourist Kashubian Trail also runs through Krzeszna.

Summer and Winter

Krzeszna is considered a summer holiday resort and winter sports centre. There are also four railway recreation and holiday centres there.
