The municipality of Krackow includes part of the Randowbruch marshland; most of its area lies on a hilly ground moraine ridge. Krackow is located between the Randow and Oder rivers; the Oder lies 10–15 km to the east. Several small lakes are located mainly in the eastern part of the municipality. Lebehnsche See is the largest, while Düsterer See near Schuckmannshöhe is designated as a bathing lake.
