Kramerhof is a municipality northwest of Stralsund in Western Pomerania-Rügen. It lies between the Prohner Wiek and the Strelasund in a flat landscape whose character is shaped by agriculture and the bodies of water in the surrounding area.
Location and Landscape
The municipality is predominantly agricultural. There is a wooded area near Parow, and small park areas can be found near Parow and Groß Kedingshagen. At the Strelasund, the Parower Haken forms the easternmost point of Kramerhof.

The Stralsund Zoo and the Bessiner Haken are located near Kramerhof. Dänholm, Liebitz, Bock, and St. Mary's Church in Waase are situated in the surrounding area.
Culture and History
The wider regional surroundings of Kramerhof include Schwedenschanze and Mönchstein.
After the Thirty Years' War, the area around Kramerhof belonged to Swedish Pomerania until 1815 and subsequently to the Prussian Province of Pomerania. Kedingshagen was first documented in 1318; in the 15th century, Groß Kedingshagen and Klein Kedingshagen were separated.
