Gülzow-Prüzen: Hotels and Accommodation
Gülzow-Prüzen is located in the southwest of the Rostock district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, west or southwest of Güstrow. The town is therefore embedded in a landscape whose regional connections extend far beyond the immediate town area.

The wider area around Gülzow-Prüzen stretches north from the banks of the Nebel towards the border with the Ludwigslust-Parchim district. While the northern part is largely flat, the terrain rises gently in the south. Several lakes are part of the Gülzow-Prüzen area, including Lake Parumer, Lake Groß Upahl, Lake Lenzen, Lake Karcheez and Lake Prüzen.

Bützow Castle and Güstrow Castle are located in the surrounding area. The Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Wildlife Park is also located in the surrounding area. The Groß Raden open-air museum and Dornbusch are located in the wider regional area. Prüzen was first recorded in 1351.
The nearby area also includes Miniature City, Slate Mountain and Voßbarg.
