Luskowo is situated on the western bank of the Dziwna. The village is located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in Kamień County and the municipality of Wolin.

Luskowo is located on the county road connecting Wolin and Międzywodzie. The village is described as being approximately 13 km north of Wolin and lies between Korzęcin and Sierosław.
