Samborowo: Hotels and Accommodations

Samborowo is located on the Drwęca and Poburzanka rivers and partly on Lake Drwęckie. The settlement is situated beside National Road 16 and the Ostróda–Iława railway line. It is also connected to the PKS and PKP transport networks.

Nature

Dylewska Góra is located in the wider regional area. In the wider regional area around Samborowo, kayaking is permitted on the Drwęca; the entire river section within the route area is designated as a nature reserve.

Culture

Ostróda – Teutonic Castle, 14th century, is located in the area surrounding Samborowo. In the wider regional area are Szymbark – fortified castle, 13th–14th century, and Dabrowno – ruins of a Teutonic castle, 14th century.

Waterways

Samborowo is included in a listed kayaking route. The route leads from Idzbark via Ostróda and Samborowo toward Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Kurzętnik, and Nielbark.
