The central cultural heritage complex of Święta Lipka is a late Baroque ensemble consisting of a church, cloister, and monastery. The Marian cult dates back to the 15th century and has attracted pilgrims.

The basilica's historic organs were built by Jan Josue Mosengel from 1719 to 1721. They feature sculptures of angels playing instruments. Organ performances are offered at concerts in the basilica.
