History and Culture

A chapel is recorded in Sterławki Wielkie for the year 1490; it was cared for by the priest from Czerniki. On the grounds of the former Protestant church stands a war memorial dedicated to the local residents who were killed in the war; it was later converted into a wayside shrine.
