Röbel: Discover Forests, Moorland and Trails

Around Röbel, forests, moorland and trails come together. A five-kilometre hiking route begins at the old Bujendorf railway station and leads south towards Kuhlbusch. The five-kilometre distance gives the hike its own defined scope for planning the day. The route can be planned as a separate hiking section alongside the walks in the forest and along the railway embankment. The southern direction towards Kuhlbusch remains the specific course of this route.

Experience Röbel by road bike

The “Sea & Inland” road cycling tour passes through Röbel. Alongside the walking routes, it adds road cycling as a separate way of getting around to your travel plans. For active days, the cycling tour can be scheduled independently of the moorland hike and the walks. Anyone wanting to alternate between hiking and cycling can plan separate days for the two activities.

Starting point: Bujendorf Old Railway Station

For the hiking route through Röbel Moor, bus route 5816 between Scharbeutz, Süsel and Eutin, with a stop at “Bujendorf Old Railway Station”, is an alternative way to get there; from there, continue on foot into Bahnhofstraße. After getting off the bus, continue on foot along Bahnhofstraße; this section is part of the journey before the hike.
