Palace and Historic Architecture

The palace in Objazda was built by Ernest Kutscher between 1895 and 1897. The Neo-Renaissance brick building stands on a stone foundation and is recorded in the register of monuments and the list of historic monuments. Its architectural features include a three-storey corner tower integrated into the building at its northern corner. Its clipped hipped roof sets the tower apart within the described building structure. The architecture can therefore be understood not only by its period, but also by its materials and individual forms.

The church in Objazda also offers several specific points of interest for those interested in cultural history. Dating from 1606, it is dedicated to Our Lady of Częstochowa, Matka Boża Częstochowska. An octagonal wooden lantern with an onion-shaped roof rises above the building; a weather vane also bears the year 1606. Historic furnishings include a 19th-century organ case and a wooden gallery. A monument to the heroes of the First World War stands in front of the church.
