Wendorf: Cycling Routes and Nature

Wendorf offers a starting point for days spent cycling and enjoying nature. Two routes pass through the area; natural and cultural features of the municipality add to the picture on a broader geographic scale. The “in Stralsund’s South” cycling and hiking tour runs from Zarendorf to Wendorf and continues to Voigterhagen. It is an easy circular route covering 30.3 kilometres. Nature in the municipality

Wendorf in the wider travel region of Vorpommern-Rügen

The wider travel destination of Vorpommern-Rügen adds a broader geographic perspective. This district includes the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula chain, as well as the island of Rügen and the nearby islands of Hiddensee and Ummanz.
