The church in Pragsdorf is a late Romanesque/early Gothic ashlar fieldstone building with a polygonal chancel. In 1761, it was given a new upper tower, a new roof structure and contemporary interior furnishings, including a pulpit altar. Pragsdorf also has a memorial stone for Alexander von Bülow, who served as Mecklenburg’s chief forestry officer from 1934 to 1943. The Bannenbrück forester’s lodge offers another connection to forestry: it is an old forester’s homestead in an idyllic setting.
