Milow is a municipality in the Grabow administrative district in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany. The Meynbach flows in a southwesterly direction through the municipality and empties into the Alte Elde north of Krinitz, which skirts the municipality to the west.

Milow is located on the state road between Grabow and Lenzen (Elbe). The nearest railway stations are Grabow (Meckl) and Karstädt on the Berlin–Hamburg railway line.
