Zettemin is a municipality in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The village is located approximately 12 kilometers southwest of Stavenhagen and approximately 10 kilometers southeast of Malchin. The B194 federal highway runs east of Zettemin and can be reached via Jürgenstorf.

History and Culture

Zettemin was first documented in 1261 as a village belonging to Dargun Abbey. The village church dates from the same period.
