Boderne is the western endpoint of the sixth stage of the Kyststien coastal trail from Snogebæk to Boderne. This stage, which covers the wider region, is about 20 kilometres long, takes five to six hours and is considered easy to moderate. The marked Læsåstien walking trail follows a different route: it follows the River Læså for about 20 kilometres, from its mouth at Boderne to its source at Bastemose in the Almindingen forest. Both trails are therefore described as being about 20 kilometres long, but they follow different landscape features: the Kyststien is a stage of the coastal trail, while the Læsåstien follows the river. This gives you a clear point of reference if you would rather plan your trip around the coast or the river.
